As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a financial institution location, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and create a welcoming atmosphere. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, participating in emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities and identify potential concerns. Working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or policy violations to appropriate personnel.
• Assist visitors and employees with directions and general information, promoting a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining security-related awareness.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities as required by site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
