Job Description:

Responsibilities:
* Previous drone experience not necessary, however aviation experience (drone or other) strong plus for flightline work
*Candidate needs strong general "tech" familiarity (troubleshooting, reporting, communicating technical issues)
*Military experience a plus (mission-oriented, comfortable being uncomfortable)
*College education a plus (writing/communication)

Degree or Certification:
*BS degree or equivalent work experience

KPI:
*For TPP team there is little margin for error: minimum performance is conduct daily tasks according to SOPs/Checklists, and communicate results autonomously

Engineering or electronics technician/maintenance background
Aerospace: UAS or manned aviation qualifications
Coding/programming Project management/logistics
