Job Title: Recall/Emissions Certification Analyst
Duration: 12 Months
Location: Atlanta, Georgia 30354
Pay Rate: $30.25 - $31.25/hr on W2
Description:
Schedule: 50% in the office, including the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month
Tasks:
1. Answer all daily tickets- send tickets from Centers to AG and then back to the centers when solved - approx. 1-2 hours per day.
2. Monitor all minor changes to existing workshop campaigns - make VIN list and PPN updates as needed while following campaign space - approx. 1 hour per day.
3. Manage OTA pilot testing and validation - work with Quality Engineering (QE) and Sales Ops depts. to gather potential pilot vehicles for Over The Air (OTA) update testing and then test all upcoming OTA updates to validate robustness, as well as ensure backend documentation is working in order to provide support for issues - approx. .5 hours per day.
4. Monitor campaign closures and work with QE to issue parts withdrawals and updates for campaigns that are ending after 5 years - as needed, approx. 1-2 hours per month.
5. Execute Owner's Manual Supplement campaigns - work with QE to locally print supplements for OM campaigns (of which there are ~15 per year) and launch campaigns to Centers when ready - as needed, approx. 5 hours per month.
6. Support the certification processes through execution of project plans as part of the Vehicle Certification Team; Serve as an active link between Transport Canada and Environment Canada to assist in the issuance of Certificates (CoC) and Executive Orders (EO) within defined Certification Targets dates.
7. * Compile, validate and submit certification test data.
8. * Obtain and evaluate testing data to calculate Fuel Economy (FE) Label Values
9. * Acquire and prepare projections, sales and vehicle data for fleet compliance reporting to government agencies. Compile and verify information for FE guides, Green Vehicle Guides and Alternative Fuel Vehicle Reports
10. * Represent us at various emissions-related Government, Industry and Trade Association meetings and workgroups
11. * Support analysis of new emissions regulations within scope of Certification, working directly with Regulatory and Technical Conformance teams to develop the most efficient certification plans for meeting new regulatory requirements.
