Job Summary

Collaborate with and learn from experienced Engineers in our Electro-Optical & Infrared Systems line of business. Job Responsibilities
  • Work closely with and assist engineers in the conduct of various engineering assignments
  • Carry out basic work instructions that will help in understanding the fundamentals of our company
  • Conduct limited scope testing under the supervision of engineers
  • Conduct design analysis and/or calculations under the supervision of engineers
  • Assist engineers with appropriate design details
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network
  • Perform a wide variety of tasks to gain familiarity with the engineering staff, methods, programs and practices
  • Knowledge and experience using CAD (CREO) preferred
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a 4 years degree program or 2 years Masters program in Mechanical Engineering
  • Enrolled at time of application as a Junior or Senior with at least aminimum 3.0 GPA
  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Word)
  • Must have good interpersonal skills and have the ability to build a good network
  • Must be diligent, hardworking, and quick study

U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.
