ABOUT US POSITION SUMMARY As a Conflicts Attorney I, you will be joining the Firm's growing and dynamic Conflicts team. The Conflicts Attorney I is a key member of the Firm's Conflicts Department, supporting the Firm's new business and conflicts intake, lateral hiring, Firm growth initiatives, and risk management programs. This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving ethical conflicts and related business issues, ensuring compliance with applicable professional conduct rules and Firm policies. The Conflicts Attorney I will collaborate with attorneys and staff across the Firm to facilitate timely and accurate conflict clearance and will contribute to the development and implementation of best practices within the department. SALARY Illinois applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $109,000-$142,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus. Los Angeles & Washington, DC applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $114,000 - $148,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus. New York applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $119,000-$155,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus. Bay Area applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $129,000 - $168,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
