Coke Florida is looking for a Cold Drink Equipment Manager based out of Winter Haven working Monday-Friday.


What You Will Do:


As a Coke Florida Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) Manager, you will be working with the Make Ready Center, (MRC), Field Service and Sales organization to ensure adequate levels of CDE inventory are available to support customer initiatives. Ensure quality standards of CDE from MRC, while working with various CDE Suppliers to ensure equipment meets the needs of the business. Work within a Capital budget while communicating with key stakeholders as required.


Roles and Responsibilities:



  • Responsible for working with the Field Service team to support meeting our customer's expectations for equipment installation and service levels in support of the achievement of Coke Florida's objectives for share, volume, and profit growth, all being done with a "Safety-First" culture.
  • Serve as a business partner for Field Service/MRC as well as a Liaison to various functions within Coke Florida (Finance, Planning, Sales, etc.)
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment and effectiveness of support provided to local Sales teams/ programs.
  • Direct daily interaction with Field Service Leadership to ensure accurate equipment order fulfillment and Cold Drink Equipment (CDE) provided from MRC meets quality standards.
  • Regular monthly visits to Coke Florida Field Service hubs to ensure proper CDE management for inbound/outbound equipment.
  • Creation of CDE Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Approval of CDE Disposal Orders in SAP
  • Lead weekly MRC/Planning calls.
  • Review MRC Scorecard (measuring Coke Florida metrics)
  • Invoice coding and processing (daily)
  • Work closely with Field Service Capabilities Manager to develop CDE training modules as needed.
  • Collaborate cross functionally to ensure alignment with key stakeholders and effectiveness of support provided to local sales teams/programs.
  • Financially responsible to work within established Cold Drink Equipment Capital budget.
  • Primary support functions include Field Service organization, Make Ready Center, (MRC) leadership, CDE demand planning, and customer scheduling coordinators.



For this role, you will need:



  • B.S. or B.A. Degree or equivalent experience
  • 4 years leadership experience
  • Proven entrepreneurial experience.
  • Experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives with large teams
  • Must be a positive people leader with a demonstrated ability to drive results cross functionally.
  • Proven ability to creatively, effectively, problem-solve to meet local market demands.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw insights from data.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting experience preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders to effect change and drive improvement.
  • Must support and directly influence team towards Coke Florida Cultural pillars of Passion-Partnership-Performance
  • Knowledge of Cold Drink Equipment and working within SAP preferred.



Additional qualifications that will make you successful in the role:



  • MS/MA/MBA
  • 5+ years leadership experience
  • Six sigma greenbelt or equivalent process certification
