Principal NPD Engineer

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

* Complete advanced, specialized engineering projects within one of the company's engineering areas: Manufacturing, Product, Process, and Industrial.

* Complete projects independently with minimal or no oversight.

* When necessary, provide leadership, feedback, and support to engineers and senior engineers on their projects.

* Identify current and potential process inefficiencies and product deficiencies. Develop suggestions and solutions for such issues.

* Implement process improvements and ensure that necessary employees are trained in new procedures.

* Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that new products are designed and manufactured according to engineering best practices.

* Ensure that all work completed or overseen meets or exceeds the highest professional and company standards.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range: $89,000-$126,000

What You'll Need (Qualifications):

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required. (Master's degree preferred.)

* 8 years of related experience or training.

* PE certification or specialized training in a related engineering area is highly desirable (Manufacturing, Product, Industrial, or Process).
