ABOUT THE ROLE The Maintenance Manager is a key site leader who brings energy, curiosity, and passion. In this role, you'll champion maintenance strategies that put safety first while driving reliability, performance, and continuous improvement across the Waxdale manufacturing site in Sturtevant, WI. You will guide maintenance systems, strengthen equipment uptime, develop talent, and ensure the site's assets and infrastructure are positioned to support worldclass operations. Your leadership helps create a culture where teams take pride in delivering safe, highquality products every day. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
