Description Position Details: * Job Title: Tax Relief Sales (W2 Employee) * Hourly Wage: $21.00 per hour * Bonuses: $20 per transfer to $40 dollar * Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Job Responsibilities: As a Tax Relief Salesperson, your duties will include: * Making outbound calls to potential clients who need tax relief services. * Engaging clients and gathering information for tax relief consultations. * Following up on leads and maintaining records of all client interactions. * Meeting performance goals and targets established by the company. * Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Compensation and Benefits: * Hourly Rate: $21.00 per hour, paid on a bi-weekly basis. Along with $20.00 per transfer, and $40.00 per transfer from older leads (will have many transfers) * Employee Status: This is a W2 position. * Benefits: Health insurance * Training: You will receive full training to help you succeed in your role. Skills sales, tax, dialer system, outbound calls Additional Skills & Qualifications 1-2 years of sales experience Entry level is fine Tax experience is preferred Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Costa Mesa, CA.
