  • Collect, archive, and present samples for in-process inspections, COAs, IMI audits, and Master Color Standard approvals.

Lab Instrumentation & Maintenance

  • Monitor and report defects or wear in lab instruments; maintain cleanliness and proper operation standards.
  • Assist in disposition and evaluation of customer returns and external rejections, including defect analysis and reprocessing.
  • Support equipment trials during customer visits and collaboratively resolve technical quality concerns.

Documentation & Quality Compliance

  • Preserve and manage quality records and sample archives in line with document control protocols.
  • Retrieve and provide documentation during audits, troubleshooting sessions, or complaint investigations.
  • Identify and dispose of obsolete or expired files per company policy.
  • Follow Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and EHS protocols to maintain compliance and workplace safety.

Continuous Improvement & Engagement

  • Maintain excellent housekeeping practices and lab safety standards in testing and material handling.
  • Participate actively in quality reviews, internal/external audits, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., 5S, WCM).
