To thrive as an Inventory Control Manager, you must bring strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for operational excellence! In this role, you'll oversee production scheduling, shipping, receiving, and inventory control for raw materials and finished goods. We work together to ensure safety compliance, maintain accurate records, and keep operations running smoothly. Your ability to train teams, enforce safety standards, and collaborate across departments will be key to driving efficiency and reliability in our processes. Every day you will coordinate production plans, monitor inventory levels, and lead a team dedicated to accuracy and quality. You'll manage SAP transactions, resolve material issues, and ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials. It is vital to maintain clear communication with purchasing and quality control teams.
