WPS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking Student - Warehouse/TRAM Shop (Student Laborer - General) positions in our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. These positions are represented by Local No. 420 IUOE.

These positions will start in May or June, works full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm (Warehouse), 7:00am - 3:00pm (TRAM Shop) during the summer months.

Starting pay: 19.22

Job Summary

Student Laborers provide general assistance and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the department.

Job Responsibilities
  • Warehouse activities within a distribution center, includes picking, packaging, shipping materials
  • Offers a variety of work that will appeal to those interested in learning. Problem solving, taking initiative and working within a team environment
  • Clerical (e.g. updating orders in the system, etc.)
  • Operating standard equipment such as picking carts, forklift and reach trucks. Training will be provided
  • All other laborer duties as assigned. Could include some cleaning, painting and providing support to other groups
Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High School diploma, GED, or HSED
  • Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing a technical, associate, bachelor, or master degree
  • A valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a warehouse setting

End Date: 02/22/2026

Minimum Posting Range: $19.22

Maximum Posting Range: $21.43

The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs. At WEC Energy Group, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role.
