Travel & Expense Associate
The Travel & Expense Associate supports the Travel & Expense (T&E) team within Finance, providing day-to-day operational support for employee travel and expense activities across the organization and its affiliates. This role focuses on driving operational excellence by managing employee compliance, responding to inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate expense reporting, and partnering closely with SAP Concur Audit and internal stakeholders. The Associate serves as a key liaison to Compliance and Sales Operations, supports monthly follow-ups on outstanding expenses, provides backup coverage during peak processing periods, and contributes to continuous process improvements. This role also plays a critical part in employee enablement and training by facilitating new hire and field onboarding, delivering company-wide T&E education, and developing scalable training materials, including AI-based video modules. The Associate identifies repeat non-compliance trends, delivers targeted coaching, creates user guides and SOPs, and performs quality assurance reviews to strengthen program compliance and efficiency.
