TRAINING APS SECT LDR-NSSA

Maintains & develops the latest NSK agreed standard methods for APS through solid links with NSK
Japan & NSSA in DTN.
Continuously update employees on lean mfg. knowledge by keeping linked with the practices of
industry and improvement groups e.g. BAMA.
Deploys improvement activities in the production process through use of training and education of
team members in APS topics based on annual base schedule. e.g. 6S, TPM, etc.
Responds to operations management's needs for rapid improvement or concern resolution by
providing leadership, training or education.
Maintains the basic training materials, software & hardware via the DOJO, for onboarding or basic
skills acquisition.
