You'll coordinate and manage all program activities, ensuring we meet every regulatory requirement. Your key responsibilities include:



  • Operational Management: Coordinating and managing all program functions to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.

  • Building and developing a great team: Overseeing hiring, training, and scheduling of our dedicated Direct Support Professionals.



  • Ensuring seamless support: Coordinating all appointments and activities for the individuals we serve.



  • Maintaining excellence: Keeping accurate and compliant records of all operations.


  • Regulatory Compliance: Acting as the primary safeguard to ensure all activities strictly adhere to regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What YOU'LL Bring:


We're looking for a motivated professional with a unique blend of compassion and operational savvy.





  • Dedicated Service & Operational Excellence: A genuine passion to serve others and a strong focus on creating seamless, efficient support environments with meticulous attention to detail.



  • Adaptable Leadership: Proven time management and communication skills, with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and quickly adapt to the needs of a growing program.



  • Essential Foundations: An Associate's Degree in a related field and at least one year of experience providing direct support or similar services. Experience can be substituted for education.



  • Required Certifications: Current or immediate willingness to obtain certifications in CPR and Med Aide 40.
