| Essential Job Duties |
Are you a detail-driven finance professional who thrives on accuracy, analysis, and making an impact? Join our Transportation Department as a
Revenue Manager, where you'll play a critical role in safeguarding and managing the financial integrity of our operations.
In this role, you'll take ownership of reconciling, auditing, and depositing all Transportation revenues, ensuring accuracy across multiple financial systems. You'll leverage tools such as
PeopleSoft and Excel to build insightful reports, investigate discrepancies, and support sound financial decision-making. Your strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and the confidence to collaborate with colleagues across the department will be keys to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
:
- Lead the daily, monthly, and annual reconciliation and audit processes for Transportation revenues across multiple systems
- Create, analyze, and review comprehensive revenue reports that support operational and financial transparency
- Manage the imprest checking account, including processing customer refunds accurately and efficiently
- Research, resolve, and respond to credit card disputes with professionalism and attention to detail
- Evaluate and support the monthly payroll process to ensure accuracy and compliance

Qualifications
| Minimum Experience/Education |
High School Diploma or equivalency and one year of experience in accounting work; or equivalent combination of training and experience. |
| Preferred Qualifications |
- Familiarity with university and state accounting principles, including revenue-related operating procedures and controls.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex financial transactions and related data.
- Working knowledge of financial management systems used in an organizational environment (e.g., PeopleSoft Financials, QuickBooks).
- Demonstrated experience completing bank account reconciliations as part of formal accounting operations.
