Position summary: JMT is seeking a motivated professional to lead innovative climate resilience and adaptation projects that protect communities and ecosystems. This role combines technical expertise and strategic vision to deliver innovative solutions. In this role, you will focus on stormwater management, GIS based assessments and technologies, watershed and coastal adaptation strategies, and nature-based solutions. The position offers opportunities to mentor emerging professionals, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and apply advanced modeling tools to create actionable plans. Working Conditions Work is performed within a general office environment 75% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment. Field work is required on occasion where work may be conducted outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Some lifting (up to 25 lbs) may be required as needed.
