What is the role about?

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focusedAssociate Quotation Manager to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of opportunities from specification review to proposal creation. This role is critical in ensuring that we provide accurate system proposals, with accurate and complete system specifications and configurations for complete solutions to customer needs. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, some technical background and understanding, the willingness to learn technical aspects of new technologies, and the ability to collaborate across departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Which tasks will you perform?

  • Receive, review, and process customer opportunities through Salesforce from internal salespersons.
  • Verify opportunity accuracy, pricing targets, product availability, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Engineering, and Technical teams to ensure completion of timely proposals with accurate information.
  • Monitor opportunity dashboards to stay current with job workloads and communicate updates or delays to sales team members.
  • Resolve revision requests as project scope changes and clear communication back to sales partners.
  • Maintain accurate records of proposals, margin sheets, customer specifications, and supporting documents.
  • Coordination with global partners to verify product specifications and limitations to ensure our solutions are within the scope of the customer application of our product technologies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to operational efficiency.

What do we expect from you?

You will have (required):

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain operations.
  • Proficiency with order management systems, ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite), Microsoft Office Suite and CRM Systems (SFDC preferred)
