ROLE SUMMARY:
The Corporate Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the execution and coordination of corporate development and strategic initiatives across the organization. The role reports to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development and Strategy. The Analyst enables effective delivery of complex programs by coordinating cross-functional efforts, maintaining visibility into timelines, risks, and deliverables, and supporting disciplined operating rhythms. The role also contributes to the development of standardized tools, dashboards, playbooks, and best practices, helping drive consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the corporate development function.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:


  • Support end-to-end project management for Corporate Development and Strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain detailed workplans, timelines, dependencies, and risk registers across key programs
  • Drive weekly Operating Mechanism, track action items, and ensure timely closure of deliverables


  • Serve as the central point of coordination for data requests and program materials


  • Develop dashboards and trackers for program activity


  • Help define and refine corporate development playbooks, templates, and best practices
  • Drive continuous improvement across project tracking processes
  • Support implementation of project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Excel-based trackers, etc.)



BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Strategy, or a related field required
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or project/program management



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience supporting corporate development, strategy, M&A, or other complex, cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong project management skills, including building and managing workplans, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate across stakeholders and serve as a central point of contact for program execution
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience developing dashboards, trackers, and management reporting
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented with a process-improvement mindset and experience standardizing templates, playbooks, or best practices
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, including experience driving operating cadences and action-item follow-up

  • Role is based in Billerica, MA with flexibility to work remote
  • Role may require some travel
