About the Team/Role
As a Recovery Agent at WEX, your job is to help customers pay back overdue balances. You will reach out to customers to find the best way to bring their accounts back to good standing using our standard payment plans. In this role, you will keep track of who owes money and talk to customers to find solutions. Sometimes these conversations can be tough, so you need to be good at staying calm and helping customers solve problems. You will handle everything from accounts that are just a few days late to older, more complex cases. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, follows the rules (like the FDCPA), and can work well on their own in a fast-paced setting. You will use several computer systems to find customers and keep detailed notes on your progress.
