Job Location Type Hybrid- The Associate, Core Operations, is a key contributor within the Restaurant Excellence team, supporting the execution and validation of product and menu initiatives for IHOP. This role focuses on ensuring new products, processes, and programs are operationally sound, scalable, and aligned with brand standards. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about improving restaurant-level execution through detailed testing, validation and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires a hands-on operator who can manage multiple initiatives, communicate effectively across departments, and support the successful rollout of new menu items and operational enhancements. You'll work closely with Culinary, Marketing, Field Operations, and Franchise partners to ensure every initiative is tested, validated, and ready for system-wide execution. As a collaborative operator, you'll partner with Operations, Field Teams, Culinary, and Marketing to support initiatives that enhance restaurant performance. You'll help translate strategy into action, ensuring programs are executable and aligned with IHOP's growth goals. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Core Operations, you'll contribute to the execution of IHOP's operational roadmap.
