The Position

We are seeking a polished, professional, and detail-oriented Finance Operations Coordinator to support Senior Executive leadership at our organization. This role reports directly to the Director of Finance and serves as a key liaison between leadership teams. The ideal candidate is confident, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. They will possess strong communication skills, excellent judgment, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholders.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Director of Finance
  • Partner closely with the Finance Team to ensure seamless execution of scheduling, meetings, and deliverables
  • Partner with leadership to implement processes and streamline workflows
  • Prepare meeting materials and agendas with precision and professionalism
  • Project manage and help with extensive internal projects, collaborating directly with the Finance Team to accommodate needs
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Grants, Legal, and Operations - act as a liaison to facilitate work and accomplish objectives
  • Anticipate logistical and administrative needs, proactively resolving issues before escalation
  • Prepare and process expense reports, maintain records, and assist with reconciliation and approvals


Qualifications of the ideal candidate



  • 6+ of professional experience in a detail-oriented role, ideally with responsibilities spanning administrative support, operations, and project management
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience working in a professional services firm preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and the demonstrated ability to effectively interface with senior level clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability and desire to build and maintain strong relationships with team and applicable internal/external clients
  • Resourceful, motivated, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Ability to effectively manage/coordinate simultaneous projects, and successfully prioritize multiple tasks with sound judgment
  • Resourceful, pro-active, efficient, and customer services oriented
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage emerging technologies to optimize operations
  • Ability to protect confidential and proprietary information
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and Asana

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
