This Position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory)

In this role, you will be contributing to the critical accuracy of the shipment of goods to our customers and receiving incoming material. Each day, you will be responsible for signing, scanning, filing, and tracking the status of inbound and outbound material.

The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:

  • Verify and document all received goods and materials and report any discrepancies to the appropriate department.
  • Prepare and package outgoing shipments, adhering to shipping guidelines and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and track receiving and shipping using a scanning system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any receiving-related problems, such as damaged or missing items.
Qualifications for the role (Mandatory)
  • Authorized to work in the US legally.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a Shipping, Logistics, or Warehouse environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Practical experience with applicable software.
