Duration: Contract through June 2026 Job Description: This healthcare client is undergoing a Windows 11 upgrade project. This includes upgrades in all the hospital and ambulatory site locations. This will be about 5-6,000 devices that need upgrading. Deployment will be via thumb drive and automated / scripted. This candidate needs imaging/deployment experience. This person will not be doing hard work and will only be on contract until all the devices are deployed (expected to finish up in June). * Are looking for bringing on 20 contractors for a Windows 11 deployment. * Target start date: within 2 weeks of interview * New Haven and Bridgeport + ambulatory sites * Drug, BG, medical + vax. * 1 round virtual screening call (10-15 minutes long) Sites Needed: * Bridgeport and New Haven Experience Level Entry/Mid Level- The candidates will be required to deploy and support desktops, thin clients, workstations, and multi functional printers in clinical areas. Will also respond to customer requests to resolve their issues in person or remotely, via phone and email. Manage user accounts and permissions in AD. Experience required working with patch panels and resolving network issues such as IP conflicts, mapping network drives and printers. Skills Windows, Active Directory, PC Support, Desktop, Office, Desktop, Support Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong documentation and customer service skills. Experience Level Entry/Mid Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of New Haven, CT. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $24.00/hr.
