Description

The Senior Manager, Organizational Enablement is a hybrid leadership role responsible for both strategic enablement delivery and operational excellence within the Organizational Enablement team. This role supervises a team of Organizational Enablement Managers (OEMs) and Enablement Partners, ensuring effective rollout of change readiness across global technology initiatives. Additionally, the role oversees team capacity, intake processes, and cross functional planning to keep programs on track and outcomes measurable.

Key Responsibilities

Enablement Leadership



  • Lead a team of OEMs and Enablement Partners supporting enterprise technology transformation.
  • Partner with Technical Program Managers to ensure strategic alignment between delivery and adoption.
  • Drive consistency in stakeholder engagement, champion programs, and readiness execution across domains.
  • Coach OEMs on change impact planning, business alignment, and field readiness strategies.
  • Manage Training Program Coordinator to ensure training programs created to support change initiatives are high-quality, effective, and as future proof as possible.


Operational Oversight



  • Manage intake and triage process for new enablement requests and projects.
  • Track team capacity, assignments, and calendar of key initiative milestones.
  • Oversee internal governance processes, retrospectives, and continuous improvement cycles.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Organizational Enablement on strategy execution and performance measurement.


Cross-Functional Coordination



  • Serve as primary liaison between OE team and Business Functions, Program Management, L&D, and IT leadership.
  • Ensure reporting dashboards and KPIs are developed and maintained in partnership with analysts or support staff.
  • Represent the OE team in governance forums, steering committees, and portfolio planning discussions.



Qualifications:



  • 8+ years of experience in organizational change, program management, or enablement leadership roles.
  • 3+ years managing teams or people leaders in a matrixed environment.
  • Proven success in delivering global transformation programs with strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Operational mindset with experience managing capacity, intake, reporting, or PMO-like functions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, etc.) and their business impact.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and cross-functional facilitation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Prosci, PMP, or related certifications a plus.



Success Measures:



  • High performance and consistency across all enablement workstreams (OEMs + Partners).
  • Timely execution of readiness activities for each transformation wave.
  • Measurable improvements in team capacity, prioritization, and throughput.
  • Positive feedback from business stakeholders, field users, and program leadership.
