This role focuses on employee compliance, expense reporting accuracy, audit support, and employee training. The ideal candidate has hands-on SAP Concur experience, strong attention to detail, and enjoys process improvement. Key Responsibilities Follow up monthly on outstanding expense reports Respond to employee travel and expense inquiries Identify and address expense policy non-compliance Support SAP Concur Audit and resolve reporting issues Serve as liaison to Compliance and Sales Operations Facilitate new hire and field T&E training Create user guides, SOPs, and training materials Perform QA reviews and support process improvements Provide backup support during peak expense processing periods Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 3-5 years of Travel & Expense experience Experience with SAP Concur or similar T&E systems Life Sciences industry experience preferred Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Work Environment Hybrid role - 3 days onsite in Waltham, MA Fully remote work not available Occasional business travel as needed If you're ready to start on the path to your future, click "Apply Now."
