Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell's Ethics & Compliance Team is looking for a Third-Party Risk and Policy Compliance Analyst to support Marvell's expanding Third-Party Risk and Policy Management programs. In this role, you will help Marvell safeguard our global partnerships and ensure compliance across a complex vendor landscape. You will assess and monitor the human rights, labor, environmental, ethical business practice, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance of external vendors and partners, conduct risk evaluations, support due diligence efforts, and help implement controls to mitigate potential risks across the supply chain and business ecosystem. You will have an opportunity to work with global stakeholders such as Procurement, IT, Cybersecurity, AI, Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, Sales, and business teams.

What You Can Expect

  • Operate and maintain third-party risk and policy management platforms and workflows.
  • Manage vendor relationships related to third-party risk and policy management tools and platforms
  • Conduct risk-based due diligence on suppliers based on criticality and exposure, including sending tailored questionnaires and ensuring timely completion to support compliance and risk evaluation
  • Monitor vendor compliance through periodic reviews, alerts, and reassessments, ensuring that vendor risk attributes are accurately maintained and kept up-to-date in the system.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Procurement, Security, and IT teams to assign appropriate subject matter experts to implement corrective actions for identified risks and ensure timely completion of corrective actions.
  • Identify, investigate, and escalate vendor-related red flags or risk indicators.
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation of assessments, approvals, and remediation actions.
  • Support development and refinement of third-party risk policies and control frameworks.
  • Assist with internal training and awareness programs related to supplier risk.
  • Respond to regulatory inquiries and support audits involving third-party relationships.
  • Oversee policy governance model and ensure all policy-related documents are up to date and centrally located in the policy management system
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive policy calendar and roadmap that tracks revisions, key regulatory milestones, engagement opportunities, and government actions.
  • Maintain and update procedures, templates, and related compliance documentation
  • Proactively drive development of infrastructure, controls, and automation to help Marvell achieve compliance excellence.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership regarding third-party risk management program effectiveness and compliance gaps.
  • Monitor current third-party risk management trends, activities, and legislation.
  • Support Compliance Team day-to-day logistics and operations, including additional administrative work and task management.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of demonstrated program management experience and a proven track record of operationalizing and scaling cross-functional organization-wide compliance programs.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business, communications, law, human resources, or a related field.
  • Experience managing projects for a technology company preferred.
  • Experience building and operating modules provided by LogicGate preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience executing and driving projects and workstreams to conclusion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of corporate compliance topics, regulatory frameworks, and ethical standards.
  • Knowledge and ability to apply program management principles, practices, theories and process development methods and use of problem-solving approaches to solve complex problems.
  • Strong experience with compliance tools, learning management systems (LMS) and analytics tools (Microsoft Excel, PowerBI).
  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to all levels within the organization-championing ethics while balancing business objectives.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency in reporting data to leadership.
  • Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities with the ability to motivate in a cross-functional organization.
  • Able to see the "big picture"-the end-to-end connection points across third-party risk management program.
  • Self-starter who doesn't hesitate to proactively approach situations.
  • A 'can do' spirit combined with high energy and a positive attitude.

Expected Base Pay Range (USD)

88,560 - 132,600, $ per annum

The successful candidate's starting base pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions. The expected base pay range for this role may be modified based on market conditions.
