Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Coordinate and manage project schedules, resolving conflicts and adapting to last-minute changes.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present data using Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and related tools.
  • Support meetings by setting up conference rooms, managing logistics, and ensuring smooth execution.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint sites, including content, views, and permissions.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders through written updates and verbal coordination.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $39.35/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (24 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience resolving scheduling conflicts and accommodating last-minute changes while balancing competing priorities.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Solid Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formatting, Graphing), also MS Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Some Experience with QuickBase.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint (Adding Site Content, Editing Views, Checking Permissions).
  • Basic PC setup (to be able to set up meeting rooms for design reviews).
  • Ability to work flexible work hours, including overtime when business needs dictate.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with an eye for detail, and the ability to work independently.
  • Engineering Oriented Work Environment.
  • Scheduling, analytic tools (Power BI, Excel, Teams).
  • Communication.
  • Evading meetings.
