The Role

Suffolk is seeking a dynamic and proactive Brand Design Manager to join our Corporate Marketing team and serve as a brand ambassador and project manager to enhance and represent our brand presence across all regional offices and jobsites. As a national construction company with 15 offices (and growing) and more than 150 active projects, maintaining visual and cultural consistency of our brand is essential to our culture, brand, and operations.

Suffolk's brand comes to life through thoughtfully designed environmental elements-interior and exterior signage, posters, framed photography, jobsite scrim, digital displays, wall decals, paint, exhibit installations, etc.-concepted and created by our in-house corporate marketing team. We take immense pride in the look and feel of our spaces, continuously refining and elevating them to reflect our identity and the direction of our company.

The Brand Design Manager will travel extensively to Suffolk offices and jobsites to gather insights, document existing conditions, identify opportunities for brand presence, understand unique setups and culture as well as client sensitivities, and ensure consistent branding and environmental experiences. This individual will collaborate with Corporate Marketing, Corporate Real Estate, and local office and project teams to support and execute brand activation projects. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience in brand strategy, marketing, creative, interior design, space planning, and project management. If you are passionate about design, branding, and creating meaningful workplace and jobsite experiences, we invite you to apply and help us bring Suffolk's brand to life in impactful ways across the country.
