DLZ Corporation has a Maintenance Technician opportunity in our South Bend, Indiana office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall maintenance of DLZ buildings and grounds.
• Maintain HVAC systems.
• Repair plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform interior and exterior painting.
• General maintenance of grounds, including snow and ice removal during winter months and landscaping.
• Perform roof inspections and minor repairs as needed.
• General maintenance of office spaces, including changing lamps, replacing ceiling tiles, moving furniture, and assisting with office setups.
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior of the property.
• Perform all work in a safe and responsible manner in accordance with DLZ health and safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of building maintenance experience.
• Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Knowledge of building operations and preventative maintenance practices.
• Experience with energy-saving ideas, materials, or equipment preferred.
• This position requires 50-60% travel to assigned DLZ office locations.
• Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
