Job Posting Title Human Resources College Co-OpJob Description Summary As a Human Resources Co-Op at AAM, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced HR professionals while supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility. This role is designed to give you broad exposure to multiple areas within Human Resources, allowing you to explore different HR functions and build practical, real-world skills.You'll take on meaningful projects and assignments that contribute to the business while supporting your learning, professional development, and long-term growth. Job Description: - Assist with general administrative, clerical, analytical, and data input tasks for the HR Department. - Create personnel files. - Assist EHS Department with various tasks Required Skills and Education - Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field. - Graduation Date of December 2027 or later preferred. - Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
