BASIC PURPOSE:

This role entails assisting the recruitment department by consistently servicing, educating, and expanding our customer base. This position requires the ability to work with a high degree of self-motivation, as well as the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. The Travel Support Assistant will be responsible for full support for the Recruiter(s) assigned.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  • Handle Distribution and Collection of all Forms:


  • Travel Reimbursement Form
  • W4
  • Direct Deposit
  • Tax Home Statement
  • On Boarding Forms
  • Background Consent
  • Education Verification


  • Following up on missing Assignment Confirmation Notice
  • References/Evaluations
  • Digital Interview/Modern Hire
  • License Verifications/NURSYS
  • Radius Rule Audit
  • Referral Bonus Payout
  • Escalation of THS issue to payroll
  • How to escalate payroll issues - working with the Care Team
  • Communicating with Healthcare Professional and Facilities
  • All other responsibilities as assigned.



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • 2 years of experience in an administrative support role, customer service, office environment, and/or service industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of office systems and Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word.


Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred or any equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.

Company equipment(laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse headset) will be provided directly to you for use during employment.
