Compensation: $125.00 per hour based on experience.

Position Summary

Provide face-to-face instruction of nurse anesthesia students in the simulation lab and classroom on an as-needed basis to support program operations in Colorado.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Direct instruction: Face-to-face instruction of nurse anesthesia students in the simulation lab or classroom regarding entry-level anesthesia knowledge and skills
  • Maintain active clinical practice as a CRNA

Conditions of Employment

  • Must achieve satisfactory results from a background check

Required Education & Experience

  • Master of Science degree in Nursing
  • Current NBCRNA certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
  • Current unencumbered license to practice as a CRNA in the United States.
  • Active clinical practice as a CRNA

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

  • Knowledge of nurse anesthesia theory and practice, including the knowledge and skills associated with the delivery of regional anesthesia techniques

Preferred Qualifications

  • Doctor of Nursing Practice degree
  • Minimum of two years of full-time clinical practice experience as a CRNA
