As an Account Manager, you play a crucial role within our North American Fine Fragrance Sales team by directly contributing to our business growth. Your focus will create new business opportunities and to grow and support existing accounts.

Reporting to a Sales Director, you will be onsite in our New York City offices. While we offer 1 day from home, it is crucial for you to be co-located with our creative team. Creating strategic partnerships, while delivering an undeniable service, will be central to your role. You will have full ownership of your accounts and will deliver the account strategy.




  • Business Strategy: Grow our business with targeted accounts by managing top and bottom lines. Pursue business opportunities using our capabilities and industry differentiating offerings. Develop strategic account plans and share with the company partners.


  • Relationship Management: Cultivate customer relationships. Develop and deliver internal and customer presentations. Maintain partnership with internal stakeholders. Use your organized, strategic, and proactive-mindset to lead a team spirit attitude with partners.


  • Project Delivery: Manage projects from brief to implementation working with the creative teams, regulatory, and customer care teams to provide a seamless customer experience. Comply with all appropriate Givaudan and statutory EHS and regulatory guidelines.



Your professional profile should include:



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years of overall experience, with current role being a technical product customer-facing
  • Desire to establish communication and engagement with prospects.
  • Project management skills
  • Competence in developing and delivering compelling presentations.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Passion for the Fragrance Industry & Competence in olfactive knowledge and perfumery language.
  • Knowledge of industry and customer regulatory requirements helpful.

Education and experience partly determine Job Title and Base Salary, and our compensation program guidelines further determine them. $130-$160k annual base salary per year.
