The Enterprise Advisory Manager is an individual contributor with strong project management and continuous improvement coaching capabilities. This role is responsible for serving as a strategic thought partner to key C-suite clients and their leadership teams, facilitating strategic planning activities, advising on process improvement opportunities, and supporting the execution of strategic initiatives within the client portfolio. This individual must be able to flex across initiatives and clients, and is expected to establish both breadth and depth of understanding of client strategy, KPIs, organizational and cultural norms, processes, and team intersections such that they can provide expert advisory support and guidance. The role is expected to continuously monitor and internalize evolving project management, portfolio management, and continuous improvement industry standards, serving as a model and advocate for their integration across the organization. Responsibilities
  • Supports the maturity and evolution of Wendy's Enterprise Priorities Office with a strong focus on continuous improvement. Acts as a strategic liaison to drive organizational transformation, facilitate process optimization, and embed a culture of ongoing improvement and accountability across teams and initiatives.
  • Partners with program/project managers and business teams to proactively identify opportunities for improvement, support root cause analysis, and drive resolution of project and process constraints. Advocates for the integration of CI and change management tools to drive sustainable project/program outcomes and organizational agility
  • Develops, implements, and continuously improves EPO and CI governance frameworks, policies, and standards in partnership with Sr. Director-CI and EPO. Leads the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and project management best practices (e.g. waterfall, agile, hybrid) to enhance delivery effectiveness, operational efficiency, and value realization
  • Support project opportunity identification, selection, prioritization, resource allocation, and benefits realization tracking processes for client project portfolios. Works under minimal direction while providing executive-level portfolio reporting, including analysis of project health, risks, and performance metrics, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage continuous improvement methodologies to help teams assess opportunities for improvement (e.g. clarity on roles/responsibilities, define team KPIs, productivity enhancements, etc) and partner with business teams and leaders to make improvements.


What we expect from you
  • Education: Bachelors Degree or 10-12+ years of experience leading large-scale transformations and high-impact, high-visibility initiatives
  • Strong track record of integrating continuous improvement with project and portfolio management, resulting in enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and business outcomes
  • Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and their application within complex, cross-functional environments.
  • 10+ years of experience developing project plans including a charter, scope, statement of work, cost estimates, capacity planning and forecasting, benefits tracking, and value realization quantification.
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end business strategy. Demonstrated success in identifying, driving and delivering innovative solutions through productive and lasting partnerships with business partners.
  • Expert knowledge of project management best practices, including knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies and project management platforms and reporting
  • Demonstrated depth of project management expertise and capability of managing budgets in excess of $5 million.
  • Strong executive presence with an ability to influence upper management; excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to explain technology solutions in business terms, establish rapport and persuade others. Experience facilitating meetings with multiple customers and technical staff, including building consensus and mediating compromises when necessary.
  • Active accredited project management certification. (ex. PMP, PgMP, PfMP, PMI-ACP, or Agile) or Six Sigma Black Belt
Expected Work Location (In Office): It is expected that you will primarily perform work at the Wendy's Restaurant Support Center (RSC) (1 Dave Thomas Blvd, Dublin, OH 43017), or at other location(s) as designated by the Company. You are required to work in the office at least 4 days a week. Changes to work location arrangements are subject to managerial approval and business needs. #LI-Onsite

The base pay range for this position is listed below. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and budget for the open position and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other relevant factors. This range does not include an estimated value for any benefits, bonus, or other incentives that may be applicable based on position. The target annual bonus for this role is 20% of annualized base salary, based on actual company and personal performance.
