Your Impact:

• Set strategic direction and manage cultivation facility operations to ensureoptimalplant health

• Manage full life cycle procedures within propagation, vegetation, flowering cycles, and pre-harvest phase

• Hire, train, mentor, coachand develop team members

• Collaborate with leaderson timelines, inventory quantity, productionschedulesand quality standards

Your Strengths:

• You arepassionateabout the cannabis industry, and the plant itself.

• You have strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.

• You havedemonstratedknowledge of plant science and cultivation techniques.

• Youhavemeticulousattention to detail and a commitment to quality.
