This role needs a strong focus on Splicing, Permitting, 3rd Party Construction/Engineering Vendor management, and overall FTTH (Fiber to the Home). Skills Description Director of OSP Engineering is a hands-on technical and people leader who will own the design, standards, and engineering execution for our FTTH network. This is a working Director role in a fast-paced, high-accountability, small-company environment. You will personally contribute to complex designs while leading and developing a team of engineers and managing third-party design partners. Directly influence the quality, cost, and scalability of our network-and will play a foundational role in how we design, build, and grow.
