Program Manager - Construction

Job Responsibilities:

We are looking for a program manager to execute work being done on facility infrastructure projects. Will be supporting ongoing construction, maintenance, engineering and operations efforts of existing equipment and facilities.

* The position is seeking a senior consultant to assist with developing maintenance, construction, engineering, and operations programs in support of both nuclear and non-nuclear operations. Specifically, the senior consultant will assist the site with the following activities:

* Develop and implement a model to stand up stand-alone construction and maintenance services for various facility and operational activities at the site to include a combination of self-performed and subcontracted support. This includes compliant, efficient, and effective fit-for-purpose for a national laboratory environment.

* Lead integration of integrated work management between maintenance, operations, and projectized work activities.

* Review and understand current operations and maintenance model and advise Operations & Facilities management on methodology for development and implementation of program elements prioritized on efficiency and cost savings.

* Coach/mentor staff in operations and maintenance best practices.

Qualifications

Associates or Baccalaureate Degree from an accredited institution in engineering or technical field preferred, and at least 10 years of professional experience in project management with a background in construction, maintenance or engineering.

Must be a U.S. citizen

Q Clearance is preferred or the ability to gain one.
