We are seeking a Design Engineer to join our engineering team. This role plays a critical part in the development of new products and solutions by transforming concepts and requirements into robust physical designs. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical skills, hands-on design experience, and the ability to collaborate across multiple functions in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and develop physical designs by evaluating requirements and generating proposals for new product development.
  • Perform circuit and logic design, optimization, verification, and propose alternative technical approaches as needed.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and develop solutions related to components, subsystems, and processes, considering customer requirements, product performance, cost, and quality.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and document data, standards, and systems; create specifications for control-related systems, subsystems, and components.
  • Read and interpret P&IDs for process lines and apply them to product and system designs.
  • Design, develop, and modify products using sound engineering principles.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, or related technical discipline.
  • Experience in product design or development within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles, documentation, and change control.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and P&IDs.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and defining bills of materials.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
