Pay Details

The Trump Kennedy Center strives to design equitable compensation programs. The projected pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour. This is the targeted rate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This rate may be modified in the future.

Schedule: Performance-based scheduling; evenings and weekends required

Job Description

The Trump Kennedy Center is seeking professional, service-oriented Lounge Hosts to provide a welcoming and high-level hospitality experience for donors and members in premium lounge environments. Lounge Hosts serve as front-facing ambassadors, greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion while supporting a polished and seamless guest experience.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, guest engagement, and working in refined, customer-facing environments.

Key Responsibilities



  • Welcome donors, members, and guests warmly and professionally upon entry to lounges
  • Confirm lounge access discreetly and confidently
  • Maintain a calm, polished, and welcoming lounge environment
  • Assist guests with amenities, navigation, and general information
  • Monitor guest flow and respond proactively to guest needs
  • Escalate questions or concerns through established operational channels
  • Represent the Trump Kennedy Center with professionalism at all times

  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Adherence to hospitality and service standards


Key Qualifications



  • Experience in hospitality, guest services, or other customer-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort engaging with donors and members in premium environments
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and performance-based schedules
  • Candidate must be local or willing to relocate to the DMV area. Relocation assistance is not provided.
  • Candidate must be willing to work onsite.


Training and Expectations



  • Required hospitality training provided prior to assignment
  • Ongoing training as service standards evolve
  • Performance evaluated based on service quality, professionalism, and reliability
