Pay Details The Trump Kennedy Center strives to design equitable compensation programs. The projected pay rate for this position is $22.00 per hour. This is the targeted rate of possible compensation for this role at the time of posting. This rate may be modified in the future. Schedule: Performance-based scheduling; evenings and weekends required Job Description The Trump Kennedy Center is seeking professional, service-oriented Lounge Hosts to provide a welcoming and high-level hospitality experience for donors and members in premium lounge environments. Lounge Hosts serve as front-facing ambassadors, greeting guests with warmth, professionalism, and discretion while supporting a polished and seamless guest experience. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hospitality, guest engagement, and working in refined, customer-facing environments. Key Responsibilities Welcome donors, members, and guests warmly and professionally upon entry to lounges Confirm lounge access discreetly and confidently Maintain a calm, polished, and welcoming lounge environment Assist guests with amenities, navigation, and general information Monitor guest flow and respond proactively to guest needs Escalate questions or concerns through established operational channels Represent the Trump Kennedy Center with professionalism at all times Hospitality and Professional Standards Consistent, high-quality guest service Professional judgment and discretion Clear and courteous communication Reliable attendance and punctuality Adherence to hospitality and service standards Key Qualifications Experience in hospitality, guest services, or other customer-facing roles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort engaging with donors and members in premium environments Ability to work evenings, weekends, and performance-based schedules Candidate must be local or willing to relocate to the DMV area. Relocation assistance is not provided. Candidate must be willing to work onsite.
