Who We Are HOPE 4 Youth is a nonprofit organization firmly rooted in the goal of ending youth homelessness. Our mission is to provide pathways to end youth homelessness. Our vision is to ensure all youth feel safe, valued, and supported while reaching their full potential. This begins with meeting their basic needs and leads to giving them the tools to thrive. HOPE 4 Youth provides a safe place for youth to access basic needs support, educational and employment programs and opportunities, and transitional housing options. Wages & Benefits $22 - $24 per hour; Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) policies, plus eight paid holidays and two floating holidays; competitive health, dental, and vision insurance. There is employer paid basic life insurance with the option for additional coverage paid by the employee. The employer pays for Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and short- and long-term disability insurance. H4Y sponsors a retirement plan with a 3% employer match and immediate vesting. Schedule Typical hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with some flexibility needed for occasional events or networking outside of regular hours. The Development Associate supports HOPE 4 Youth's mission by assisting with fundraising, donor and partner engagement, and special events, while working closely with the Associate Director to help sustain and grow the organization's impact.
