Applicant Requirements:
- 3-4years minimum HVAC experience - HVAC Training/Education - Able to read a wiring diagram and comprehend installation, operation, and service literature. - Detail-oriented and motivated to get the job done right the first time - Operate a company vehicle safely and remain insurable - Show up to work on time/self-motivated/ability to work alone - Be available to participate in the on-call rotation - Able to help other techs with questions as needed We provide a company vehicle, company phone, PTO, employer-matching 401k plans, health insurance, dental and vision insurance, life insurance, short term and long term disability, paid holidays, and great pay that we can discuss upon interview.
