What to Expect The Fabrication Technician Supervisor will be responsible for collecting information on upcoming projects to discern priority and incorporate into the current resource schedule. This role will also require understanding equipment requirements to suggest design improvements and utilize resources in the most efficient manner possible. This person will work with engineers from other cross functional groups to allocate work to the technicians under their supervision and provide optimal solutions. Promote positive attitudes and workspace.
