Engineering Manager
to join the
GenStudio for Performance Marketing Engineering
team. We're seeking a motivated leader eager to join our mission by supporting a team of engineers, encouraging collaboration, and helping deliver high-quality, user-focused web applications that drive business for the world's top brands.
What You Will Do As a manager at Adobe, you will help guide and support a team group of skilled full stack engineers in crafting and maintaining engaging web experiences. You'll engage closely with product managers, designers, product marketers and field teams to ensure scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

In California, the pay range for this position is $202,500 - $293,250 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP). In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
