The UX Designer is both a strong user advocate and a visual design leader who brings a high bar for craft, creativity, and clarity. You will partner closely with product and engineering teams to concept, design, and evolve intuitive, visually compelling experiences that help define the future state of Availity's products. You will design user-centered, visually compelling experiences that improve the usability and effectiveness of Availity's products while supporting business goals. Partnering with User Research, you'll translate insights into thoughtful, highquality solutions and independently create deliverables ranging from wireframes to polished visual designs, interactive prototypes, user flows, and reusable design system patterns. This role is ideal for a designer who blends strong visual, graphic, or web design craft with user experience design principles to create intuitive, engaging, and well-crafted digital products.
