What to Expect We are currently seeking to fill the position of Security Officer within our Sparks Nevada team. The ideal candidate has a bias for action and consistently demonstrates excellence. They will be, trustworthy, professional, adaptable to change, have strong situational awareness and be customer service oriented. Candidates must have a problem-solving mindset and exercise attention to detail in the performance of their duties. This position may include work on nights, weekends, and holidays. Available Shift: C Shift: 7:45PM - 8:15AM (15% pay differential) Week 1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Week 2: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday What You'll Do Work with internal stakeholders to understand the risks Tesla's faces and build effective programs to mitigate these risks Provide on-going security recommendations during design, construction, and any type of site refresh; Drive digital business transformation by identifying and supporting adoption of new technologies and tools Establish projections for and reconcile security spends, minimizing variance between projected and actual spend, driving efficiencies to create a financially sustainable security practice Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including law enforcement and regional first responders; Support and manage vendor relationships including key performance tracking, accountability, and cost effectiveness Proactively identify, develop, and implement additional security strategies to meet the unique needs of the Tesla business.
