| Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a Research Assistant for the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. The position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with an interest in sleep health and with a background in public health, social or behavioral sciences, and/or clinical research. This position will work under the direction of Dr. Brett Millar. The role will work independently on various research and data responsibilities.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Assists with quantitative data cleaning, processing, coding, and record-keeping.
- Collaborates with principal investigator to support data processing methodologies, and coordination of research activities across study protocols.
- Reconciles discrepant data records
- Maintains study documentation, and supporting regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Ensures high data fidelity and adherence to research protocols and quality standards.
- Completes other duties necessary for completion of research studies.

The final salary offer may be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's qualifications, experience, and expertise, and availability of department or grant funds to support the position. Qualifications
| Minimum Education and Experience |
- Bachelor's degree in a related field plus two years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
