Facility Operations Job Description
This position is a part of the customer service team for the Columbia campus, providing coverage from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and transitioning after hours and weekend calls to a call center for assistance. Enter work orders, accurately, that come in via phone, email, website, or radio. Dispatch maintenance to urgent calls, determine level of urgency by asking clarifying questions on the phone. Work within the TMA database, making corrections on entered work orders and helping people find information they need. Keep corrections current to speed up the revenue cycle process. Answer the phone during the 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. shift. Take the on-call phone home and respond to calls after hours. Make call ins if needed, enter work order via phone. Responsible for processing Pressure Vessels, update/add to the spreadsheet, check for valid, up-to-date inspection certificates. Send original to appropriate place, save copies. Organize the information. Back up in Card Access program & program to Lock/Unlock doors, answer phone & email questions regarding access. Research questions that come into the customer service email to be able to provide answers to the customers. Weather Event trained. Know how to initiate the calls, do the spreadsheets, work the map, create the work orders, & tie it all together. Work the "walk up window" helping techs with questions & issues, work order problems, dispatch questions, etc. Shift

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Anticipated Hiring Range
