Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

About the Role

Salesforce is looking for a highly strategic, detail-oriented Senior Manager, Renewal Strategy & Operations to partner directly with our Senior Director who leads multiple operational teams. This role will help drive clarity, alignment, and execution across a broad portfolio of initiatives that span Renewal Operations, Quoting Support, Systems Operations, and M&A Integration.

You will serve as a connective tissue across the team- bringing structure, insights, and storytelling to our operations, ensuring we have a clear view of our current state, the problems we are solving, how we're prioritizing, and how our operational work drives the company's growth and long-term scalability.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, is exceptional at synthesizing complex information, and can operate across strategy, execution, analytics, and program governance.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Senior Director and Team Leads to shape, organize, and maintain the operational roadmap across multiple functions.

  • Ensure clear prioritization by helping evaluate effort vs. impact, alignment to corporate initiatives, and capacity constraints.

  • Provide program-level governance and coordination for initiatives spanning across teams, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, dependencies, and leadership visibility.

  • Support the design and evolution of operational processes, operating cadences, and decision-making frameworks.

  • Drive clarity on current-state workflows, problem statements, root-cause insights, and proposed solutions.

  • Ensure that cross-functional teams understand the why, what, and how behind operational changes.

  • Establish, define, and ensure visibility into KPIs across the Operations teams.

  • Coordinate requirements, alignment sessions, working groups, and cross-functional communications.

  • Synthesize complex operational topics into concise, clear insights and recommendations.

  • Create high-quality decks and narratives for an executive audience.

  • Support the Senior Director in preparing strategic reviews, operational readouts, and leadership updates.

  • Build business clarity by helping teams articulate root causes, quantify impact, and frame operational problems effectively.

  • Surface recurring issues, process gaps, and opportunities for efficiency or simplification.

  • Ensure leadership always has a clear view of where the business stands and what actions are underway.

  • Support communication narratives that keep teams aligned and prevent rework or misalignment.

Qualifications

Required

  • Proven ability to operate effectively and influence without direct authority.

  • Expert at turning ambiguity into clear problem statements, scoped options, and explicit tradeoffs.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication; able to create crisp decks, decision memos, and clear narratives.

  • Strong analytical skills and problem-framing skills with a bias toward business outcomes.

  • Experience defining KPIs, operating cadences, and executive-level reporting.

  • Self-starter motivated to go above and beyond the task at hand and succeed in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the Values & Behaviors for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar role.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.

  • Experience with an enterprise CRM or customer service application.

  • Familiarity with project, program, or agile methodologies to support initiative structuring, dependency management, and decision making.

Please note, this role may require you to be in office some days during the week.
