Responsibilities:

The Administrative Nursing Supervisor (House Supervisor) facilitates timely and safe patient flow and provides management and operational oversight of the acute care hospital setting, and ensures the provision of safe, quality patient care. This role serves as the administrator on duty for the entire facility, provides education to nursing staff, addresses issues as they arise, manages staffing and fills in staffing gaps in inpatient departments.

This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)

Qualifications:

  • ADN/MSN/BSN
  • NM licensed RN
  • 5 years of relevant experience (acute care-tele or above) and/or leadership nursing experience.
  • BLS required at time of hire
